February is heart healthy month. We are learning how to keep our heart healthy during PE classes. We have four steps to staying healthy 1. Exercise everyday 2. Eat nutritious foods 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Get enough sleep. We can make good choices to have a healthy lifestyle if we follow these steps ! Commit to be fit!
Wednesday February 14 Valentines day we will be participating in the American Heart Association Jump Rope for Heart !
All students will participate in 8 different Jumping activities during PE to get their heart pumping.
